Lifting weights? - lift and carry sessions
I have 125 kg weight for a set of dumbbells and bars Bell. As I lift weights safely and properly, without (hurt me like I was in my hands, and although I admit that I am) a bit worn out the first session. I would like should build a little muscle in my weight arms.how, I'm going to start, and so on.
Ideally, a link that someone had one or a very profound statement is the solution.
It may also be lifting weights to lose weight?
