I think that tampons are much better.
If you feel a cushion if you use it, if bulky, such misconduct.

I use tampons, much cleaner and does not really feel that you (on your time, unless you have cramps, etc.)

There are alternatives to tampons, though. A small part of the research will provide very meaningful results, and you will be happier with more natural products.
When I started my period, I felt much more comfortable with a pad.
I knew that I had the protection, it was like a little extra support.
however, the buffers are a convenient feature when you use your time and all, and if you're worried about leaks, you can always pantyliner with that.
